This project offers a free telephone helpline service to the Chinese community in the South West region. The aim of this helpline is to identify isolated and hidden members of the community and empower them to better integrate into the wider society and to offer support and referrals through listening attentively with understanding and empathy.
本計劃提供免費電話求助服務，主要服務英國西南地區的華人社區。熱線的目的是為識別華人社區那些跟社會隔離和隱蔽人士，讓他們更好地融入主流社會，以及通過富理解和同埋心的聆聽，提供他們協助和轉介服務。
Through the telephone helpline callers can seek assistance on a range of issues including benefits, housing, poverty, employment, training, social care, family, discrimination as well as immigration. The project also runs a series of face-to-face surgeries and provides signposting to state organisations, local agencies and other voluntary organisations.
透過電話求助熱線，來電者可以就着一系列的問題尋求協助，包括福利、住屋、債務、就業、培訓、社會關懷、家庭、歧視和移民等。 本計劃還開展了系列面對面的個別接待時間，並幫助有需要人士，為他們指出該往那一國家機構、地方組織和其他志願組織尋求進一步的協助。
